Dr. Angus Maxwell is an Engineering Geologist with over twenty five years experience in major underground excavation and construction projects in Europe and Asia, he is founding Director and CEO of Maxwell GeoSystems Ltd. with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and India.
He has applied his extensive knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering and Project management to develop a company at the cutting-edge of data acquisition, interrogation and analysis, resulting in a revolutionary approach to project management and the interpretation of data.
Through his visionary leadership and in close liaison with his team of skilled specialists, he has put Maxwell GeoSystems at the forefront of applied systems technology, empowering clients, contractors and design consultants alike with an innovative, robust, yet sophisticated repertoire of integrated systems for the construction industry.
Roger is a sales and marketing professional with over thirty years comprehensive experience in senior commercial management & consultative roles within corporate and independent company environments. Worked in United Kingdom, Russia and Asia-Pacific region (APAC) based in Hong Kong.
Major strengths in strategic planning implementation, brand development, e-commerce, CRM, market analysis. Exceptional sales/negotiation experience with national and multinational companies. Consultative sales experience in professional/marketing services context. Managing long sales cycles for complex projects. Additional skills include public relations, sales promotion, direct/digital marketing, advertising, budget/cost control, distribution and company merger/integration.
Thirty-five years experience working in the instrumentation and non-destructive testing field, ranging from a field technician to instrumentation project management. Work experience has been spent with specialist instrumentation and non-destructive testing companies to owning and running RST instruments HK limited as managing director. Experience with geotechnical site investigation methods, instrumentation design, installation and reporting, job evaluation and marketing. Tim spent five years with the Airport Authority Hong Kong and was responsible for the installation and monitoring of instrumentation for the reclamation for the new airport at Chep Lap Kok - Hong Hong.
With over 25 years experience working in sales and administrative roles in the UK and Hong Kong, Suzi is responsible for managing the Finance, HR and Administration departments at Maxwell GeoSystems. As one of its original employees Suzi has seen the company grow substantially both in size and geographically since she joined in 2008. Suzi has worked across of a variety of sectors including Media as a National Account Manager for Sony Pictures Entertainment, Banking as an Office Manager for Bank of Irel-and, Management Consultancy and Insurance.
Over the past nine years of corporate experience, Sreehari has gained immense expertise in software development, system designing, team management and overall project man-agement. After completing his post graduation in computer applications, Sreehari has played numerous roles as junior programmer, senior programmer/analyst, Team Leader, System Architect and Project Manager. This experience played a vital role in helping him handle the various complexities of business requirements across a wide spectrum of projects.
