Maxwell GeoSystems maintain an active library of media articles and copies of its latest contributions to trade journals.
In this latest “Employee Focus” post, we’re featuring Goh Tee Boon, a Senior Engineer with Maxwell GeoSystems based out of our MGS offices in Singapore. He has been working on the Changi East, Singapore Airport project, implementing and maintaining the IDMS (Instrumentation Data Monitoring System). Tee Boon has actively been involved on this project for the past 5 years, with his role being in project management, supporting the client with the development and system maintenance of IDMS. When asked about his main achievements over this period, Tee Boon said “Firstly, being involved in the development of TBM-related features with various teams”. He added, “Secondly, another highlight for me was starting as a deployment manager to eventually becoming a project manager providing overall support to the client and users in the use of the MissionOS platform, ensuring processes are met with the use of the system”. Another area to highlight was him being involved in TBM reports and system enhancements, whereby he coordinated between Maxwell GeoSystems’ design teams and client to deliver the works. With Tee Boon working in such a highly demanding TBM project, he still managed to successfully implement and deliver the highest possible service to the client, learning along the way. He states, “I have learnt a lot from these experiences and gotten a much better understanding of how systems, such as MissionOS, are being applied to construction works to help project users with their daily reporting and monitoring of their site work” “I think the company’s success is all down to our team approach, working closely with clients to ensure smooth operations take place, with the use and application of the MissionOS system.” he remarked.
