Maxwell GeoSystems MissionOS platform has been chosen by Hyundai E&C - Ghella JV, to provide support for the Geographic Information System (GIS) requirement for the Hanoi Pilot Light Metro Line, in Vietnam. The project (HPLML/CP-03) comprises of a 4km tunnel and four underground stations. This is the most complicated section of the Nhon - Hanoi urban railway station project. MissionOS is currently deployed as a common interface for monitoring buildings, geotechnical and ground treatment, with all the data being stored in the project's database. This metro project is expected to produce millions of data records from the instrumentation within the shafts/ stations and along the TBM (Tunnel Boring Machines) alignments, with data being received and monitored either manually and/or in real-time, via MissionOS. The capability of MissionOS to relate to temporary works progress, activity to instrumentation result and ground model in live 3D is seen as a clear advantage for this project. Maxwell GeoSystems has been actively involved in other various projects in the Southeast Asia region, such as KVMRT 1-2 (Malaysia), Landmark 81 (Vietnam) and DTSS2 (Singapore).
